The Corbett Follies

One of the very funniest of funny men judged by his popularity with viewers of the David Frost Show—is little Ronnie Corbett, who has since popped up here and there on New Zealand screens.

Next Wednesday, CHTV3 begins screening “The Corbett Follies,” a London Week-end Television series of musical spectaculars, in which Ronnie Corbett jokes, sings and dances, and in which a string of guest stars appears. The guests include Vikki Carr, Peter Nero, Nana Mouskouri, Engelbert Humperdinck, Ronnie Barker (“Hark at Barker”) Sandie Shaw, Ray Barrett, Sergio Mendes and Brazil ’66.
