Press Association) The suggestion that reporters and students should be allowed to visit the American Air Force base at Woodbourne at the week-end had not originated with him, the Prime Minister (Sir Keith Holyoake) said this week. “I guess I gave it the final push,” he told a press conference after the weekly Cabinet meeting. “I think it originated with the Americans, but I’m not too sure.” He said that when the matter came to him he decided that “there was some discussion on it, and I said a visit looks timely.’*
