PIE-WARMER DANGER
(N.Z. Press Association) DANNEVIRKE, Feb. 3. Pie-warmers could be a menace and pies kept in them before being sold should be checked regularly, said the Dannevirke County Council’s health inspector (Mr D. Anderson), in his annual report. He had received complaints about mouldy pies bought in Dannevirke—they had been kept in warmers but had still gone off.
