Dr Milton Obote, the deposed President of Uganda, arrived in Addis Ababa unexpectedly today. Dr Obote, who has been staying in Tanzania since his overthrow by the Uganda armed forces commander. General Idi Amin, last Monday, visited Mombasa yesterday to confer with President Kenyatta of Kenya. Usually well - informed sources in Daf-es-Salaam say that Dr Obote is also expected to visit Lusaka to seek solidarity against the new military regime in Kampala.
