Russian offer to Malaysia
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) PENANG, February 2. The Soviet Union was keen to contribute to Malaysia’s economic development, the Soviet Ambassador to Malaysia (Mr V. N. Kuznetsov) said today, adding that his Government would co-operate fully in setting up factories and working out technical projects.
