New Year present
The Riccarton ownerbreeder, Mr G. H. Murfitt, jun., and Mrs Murfitt, found the start of the New Year agreeable. Their good galloper, Narcotic—they race him in partnership with Mr B. M. Hedley, of Melbourne—was an impressive winner of the Ercildoune Welter at Flemington on January 1.
