Three wins to trainer

J. W. Smolensk! trained his third winner for the night when Hot Feet was successful in the Summer Handicap. He was pushed back in the early rush for positions and was near the tail of the field until half a mile from the finish. Hot Feet sprinted up wide out and was close to Safe Advice at the straight entrance. He soon had control and came on to win handily by a length from Tuliamore Dew, which showed outstanding ability after breaking at the start. Refluent made up ground for third, ahead of Safe Advice, Fury Star and Fine Way.
