Approval by Senate (N.ZP.A .-Reuter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, Dec. 29. The United States Senate has approved by voice vote, a special SUSIOO3m foreign aid package for Cambodia, Israel and other Asian and Middle East countries. The Supplemental Appropriations Bill had been delayed by disputes over efforts to retain, in other legislation, restrictions against further United States troop-involvement in Indo-China. The bill provides funds for the Administration’s request for SUSISSm in new aid to Cambodia, and SUSIOOm to replace funds transferred to Cambodia from other foreign aid programmes.

It also includes SUSSOOm to finance long-term credits for the purchase by Israel of American military equipment. South Korea, South Vietnam, Indonesia, Jordan, Lebanon and Pakistan also receive funds under the bill, which the House of Representatives approved last week.
