Tractor fatality

(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Dec. 30. A Te Aroha farmer was caught under the back wheel of his tractor and killed yesterday while trying to rescue a calf trapped in a six foot offal hole. He was Mr Arthur Ward, aged 57, married, of Manawaru Road, near Te Aroha. Mr Ward was caught under the wheel while securing a rope to his tractor.
