The Canterbury marching championships were held at Rugby Park, Kaiapoi, yesterday, and results were: Senior grade.—A section— Champion team (Blakeley’s Cup): Skellerup Militaires. Runner-up team: Philips Hi-Z. Display: Skellerup Militaires. Leader: Skellerup Militaires. Uniform: Irish Guards. Aggregate (over A and B grades): Skellerup Milttaires. B section: Champion team (K.M.A. Cup): Snowliners. Run-ner-up team: Ballinettes. Display: Snowliners. Leader: Snowliners. Uniform: Snowliners.
Junior grade.-«Section A — Champion team (Peter Osborne Cup): Motorways Royal Guards. Runner-up team: Modemage Display: Douglas Highlanders. Leader: Motorways Royal Guards. Uniform: McCormack Guards.
