Versatile

In its second season in the second grade C competitions, the Cashmere High School first eleven is giving a good account of itself, and last Saturday took a first innings win from Lancaster Park. The school captain, J. Larter, had a particularly good match, scoring 70 not out and taking, in all, nine wickets for 58. In the first innings, bowling at medium pace, he had 6 for 24 and then took 3 for 34 with offspinners.
