Supreme Court CLAIM FOR DAMAGES

The hearing of a claim for general damages of $4OOO and special damages of $2210.50 by an elderly man for injuries he suffered when his cycle was struck by a cpr at the corner of Memorial Avenue and Fendalton and Clyde Roads on June 7, 1968, began in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon before Mr Justice Macarthur and a jury.
