... MEN TOO ARE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS AT AMERICAN HEALTH STUDIOS
148 Tedder Ave., Christchurch, 7. Dear Sir, I originally, came to the in January, 1968, to lose weight and become fit. Since than (7 months) I have lost 321bs of flabby weight and can. now say that I am feeling very fit and I am able to run long distances which previously I was unable to do. I lost the weight from my hips, waist and midriff and I have found the rest of my body now hardened into muscle, whereas before it was soft and loose. Something I was really amazed with was that I gained jin in height in 20 visits when the instructors put me on the height increase course. (Signed) M. A. Whitty.
208 Opawa Road, Christchurch. Dear Sir, Before the start of this year’s Rugby season I decided that I must do some sort of weight training to improve my sport. I then decided I would join the American Health Studios. In only six weeks I have achieved outstanding results to my body and also I have gained much more stamina which has enabled me to play a full 80 minutes solid Rugby. This is entirely due to the trained instructors and the up to date facilities of the American Health Studios. (Signed) Barry Clausen
467 Bower Avenue, Christchurch. Dear Sir, Having recently completed a 2 months’ course of treatment at your Health Centre, I thought you might like to receive a few comments on the results achieved. I am delighted to be able to say that besides feeling very much fitter I have lost over 20 pounds in weight and five inches on my waist measurement. It was quite exciting to hear favourable remarks from my friends who were truly amazed at the greater youthfulness in my appearance. Sincerely, (Signed) C. J. Delamare
