Wilkins Davies earns $137,798
The group accounts for the year to March 31 of Wilkins and Davies Construction Company, Ltd, Auckland civil engineer and contractor show a net profit of $137,798, according to a preliminary statement. This takes into account capital profits of $106,636, and dividends from associated companies of $40,700. Last year the company suffered a loss of $218,185. The directors recommend a tax-free dividend on ordinary shares, payable on November, 30 ex dividend November 23.
