Haast Road closed
(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, Sept. 20. The Haast road between Hawea and Makoroa had been closed twice over the weekend because of slips a spokes man for the Otago Automobile Association said today. Ministry of Works staff and private contractors worked all day to remove the slips and the road is expected to re-open tomorrow.
