THE APPOINTEE will understudy the Secretary and will have experience that will enable him to assume responsibility for the secretarial, accounting and financial functions of the Board. It is expected that his experience will have been gained in Local Authorities, and preferably with Electric Supply Authorities. A degree in Commerce, or Economics, or qualification by examination for membership of the N.Z. Society of Accountants or Chartered Institute of Secretaries is necessary. The salary on appointment will be in the range $6BOO-$7200 per annum with the potential of $7950 on appointment as Secretary. These figures are due for annual review in August, 1970.
