Man’s Appeal Dismissed
An appeal by George Norman Reeves, aged 21, a driver (Mr L. G. Holder), against a sentence of six weeks imprisonment, imposed on him in the Magistrate’s Court on a charge of theft, was dismissed by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday.
the sentence which had been imposed on Reeves was cumulative on the term he was already serving. Mr N. W. Williamson appeared for the Crown.
