AMBULANCES ACTIVE

I Ambulances from ChristIchurch attended 75 motor [accidents from which they (carried 101 patients in August, according to the monthly report of the Christchurch branch of the St John Ambulance Association. In August last year the St John ambulances attended 78 motor accidents and carried 84 motor accident victims. The ambulances covered 14,460 miles and carried 2497 patients, compared with 16,638 miles and 2955 patients in July and 13,625 miles and 2352 patients in August last year.
