Hercules Returns
A Hercules of the Royal Air Force, Transport Command left Christchurch Airport early yesterday afternoon for Australia but when 40 miles out, it was decided to return after a, fire warning light flashed on in the cockpit. Air Force technicians checked the aircraft at Christchurch and found a minor fault. The Hercules, which was on a training flight from its base at Changi, Singapore, will take off again early this morning.
