A.A. Council’s View On Signs

The signs committee of the National Roads Board should be told that the council of the Automobile Association (Canterbury) felt that an expensive signposting programme .o give advance warning of “no passing” lines was not necessary, the association’s council agreed last evening.

A recommendation that that this be done was contained in the report of the association’s national motoring and traffic committee.
