Minister To Resume

(N.Z. Press Association) WHAKATANE, August 23. The Minister of Works and Electricity (Mr Allen) has been given a medical clearance to resume duties tomorrow week.

He will leave his home in Whakatane next Saturday and will be back in the House in time for the debate on the Ministry of Works estimates. It is expected the debate will include the findings of the Commission of Inquiry into the Kaffnai tunnel collapse. Mr Allen said today that his future plans would largely de pend on medical reports. >
