By Example.—You make assumptions about the law; but this is what the argument is about. It might yet have to be tested tn the courts. Concerned.—The N.Z.B.C. has to provide services for the majority of listeners, not the minority who, through unusual circumstances, listen continuously. These are bound to hear a certain amount of repetition. , You could write to the N.Z.B.C. direct.
