NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL IN THE MATTER of a Private Bill intituled “An Act to amend the Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885 and to vest the lands and property now held by the Trustees of Saint Paul’s Presbyterian Church (Christchurch) Trustees Incorporation Act, 1881, in the Prsebyterian Church Propertv Trustees.” NOTICE is hereby given that the Presbyterian Church Property Trustees a body corporate constituted under the Presbyterian Church Property Act, 1885 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Trustees”) intends to apply to the House of Representatives in Parliament assehmbled for leave to bring in the above-mentioned Bill, the short title of which is the Presbyterian Church Property Amendment' Act, 1970.
