Demonstration At George

Sir,—May I say “Tut-tut" to Mr Hekkenberg? That was no sort of language to inject into a tour which has so far been a long festival, especially on the field, of friendly and comradely devotion to the highest ideals of the grandest of grand old games.

, These alleged New Zealandi ers, who made such rude remarks at George, will no doubt turn out to be Chinesetrained Communists who had infiltrated from Zambia. As for the “excitable” Coloureds, 1 would say that there is noth- ' ing like a dong on the head ■ to make a man realise who i his real friends are.—Yours, : etc., J. DUGDALE. August 18, 1970.
