Indoor Bowls Presentations
The Canterbury Indoor Bowling Centre’s president, Mrs R. I. Smith, made a number of presentations for service to the sport, at the week-end. Life members’ gold badges were presented to Messrs C. J. Cumberpateh, J. J. Powell, H. J. Gough, C. T. Lascelles, M. D. Penney, E. G. F. Smith and A. G. Blanch. A. E. Williamson gained a gold star for winning five Canterbury titles.
