PEAR GINGER COCKTAIL

Pear ginger cocktail makes an excellent start to a dinner party. For six you will need: lj tablespoons finely chopped preserved ginger 1 cup chopped cooked or fully ripe uncooked pears Lemon Juice and 2 slices lemon Glace cherries Method: Mince or ehop the ginger and mix with pears. Place in six cocktail glasses. Add a little lemon juice to each and a title pear juice or if uncooked pears are used, some other sweetened fruit juice. Top with triangles of sliced lemon and garnish with the cherries.
