New Offer On September 1
The offer for the whole of the capital of Mason, Struthers and Company, Ltd, announced before, will be made on September 1, the directors said yesterday. They again urged shareholders not to accept the offer by Greater Australasia Trading Company, Ltd. The new offer, which is for cash at a value considerably higher than the present partial offer, is likely to be recommended by the Mason, Struthers Board, they said.
