New Move In Custody Case

A Lancashire man has made application in the Supreme Court of Victoria for! custody of his children, who; last week were made wards of the High Court in England.

It was the latest move in a custody suit between Mr Leonard Taylor, aged 29, and his wife, Mrs Barbara Taylor, aged 23. The children— Wayne, aged five, and Mandy, aged threeare at present living in Melbourne with their mother and their father’s elder brother, Mr Kenneth Taylor, aged 32. Mrs Taylor migrated to Australia three months ago, posing as her brother-in-law’s wife. The custody suit began soon afterwards. Her husband successfully applied to have the children made wards of the High Court in England. The next day, Mrs Taylor filed papers seeking to have the children made wards of the Victorian Supreme Court
