I The South Island secretary ; of the Workers’ Union died . suddenly at Westport on Sat- . urday after holding Office for only one day, J He was Frederick Arthur Unsworth, aged 57, of Christ1 church, married with two - daughters. ■ Mr Unsworth succeeded Mr ! W. A. Dempster on Friday f after 12 months training for the position. _
