SALES MANAGER In established and successful electrical company with branches throughout New Zealand seeks a capable and enthusiastic Company Sales Manager. Applicants, preferably in the 30 to 45 year age group, must teve had a proven successful selling career together with sales administrative experience and a good knowledge of sales training methods. Most important is the ability to motivate i Sales Team, and to work in harmonious and successful cooperation with Branch Managers and other senior colleagues. Some technical knowledge in some field is obviously desirable out not essential. However as the product is a technical one. 1 practical outlook is most desirable. The successful applicant will operate throughout New Zealand, but be based at Christchurch, and be an important member of the Head Office Management Team. He will report directly to the Company Manager, and will be responsible for sales planning, budgeting, and for the execution of those plans and achieving of Company targets. Additionally he will be called upon to advise and work with the Company Manager in new product planning, development and general marketing activities. This position is a senior one, and a salary in the range of $5,000 - $7,000 is envisaged for the right applicant. Superannuation scheme and other fringe benefits are available.
