The letter was accepted as illustrating a particular point. Ned Kay.—Why "bias”? Is anyone who does not share your opinion necessarily biassed and incompetent? The Innocent Always Reply.— There is some justice on both sides of this question. Your solution might be appropriate in some circumstances but not in others. W. B. Clarkson.—No doubt they would reply that their costs have increased proportionately. Federated Farmers do not appear to Lave found any reason to complain.
