Merivale Flats Passed In

Two two-bedroom, self contained flats with a garage on a 30-perch section at 31 Rossal Street, Merivale, were passed in at $16,000 when offered at auction yesterday The Government valuation is $14,830.

Bidding for the property began at $14,000 and rose in bids of $5OO. The auctioneer was Mr D. O. Chapman, of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd.
