Glen—Tucker: The engagement is announced with very much pleasure of Lyn, eldest daughter of Fay and the late Frank Turner, to Murray, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Alan Glen, High Street, Greymouth.
Long-Service Medal.—Mrs Flora Brocherie was awarded the long-service medal, in recognition of her devoted service in all fields of Red Cross activity, at a meeting of the United Bays Red Cross sub-centre.
