ACCIDENTS AT WEEK-END

A motor-cyclist was admitted to the Christchurch Hospi tai suffering from head injur ies after an accident on Wai kuku Beach Road about 3.15 p.m. yesterday. He is Garry Malcolm Painter, of 28 Westholme Street, Bryndwr who fell from his motor-cycle when it struck an exhaust pipe which dropped off an other machine. He was taken to Christchurch by the Rangi ora St John ambulance. Leg Injuries.—After he fell from a motor-scooter in Fen dalton Road early yesterdaj Howard Thornton Joseph, oi 16 Creyke Road, Fendalton [was admitted to the Christ ■ church Hospital suffering from leg injuries. Cars Collide.— Two person: were admitted to the Christ church Hospital after two car: collided at the corner of Wor cester Street and Latimei Square late on Saturday even ing. They are Angela Walkei and Melvin Edward Mulligan both of whom suffered head and arm injuries. June Wil liams, of 33 Corhamptor Street, Aranui, was treated al the casualty department foi concussion and shock.
