Curried Bananas

Bananas may also make an unusual curry dish. This recipe, for four, should be served hot with freshly boiled rice. You will need: 6 slightly unripe bananas j cup dessicated coconut 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 tablespoon sweet chutney 1 teaspoon sugar Cayenne pepper Salt

Method: Put coconut in a saucepan, pour over the milk and bring to the boil.! Remove from heat andi allow to stand for one hour.
