Memorial Service

<N.Z. Press Association; PALMERSTON NORTH, June 11. A memorial service for the former Bishop of Aotearoa, Bishop W. N. Panapa, was held in All Saints’ Church, Palmerston North, this morning. Members of the Maori community present included Mr M. Durie, Chief W. Te Awe Awe, members of the Maori laity, and Cr T. S. Mihaere from the City Council. The service was conducted by a nephew of the late bishop, Archdeacon T. P. N. Panapa, from the Kapiti district.
