CREDITORS’ MEETINGS

Pressure from creditors after unprofitable agricultural contracting and pig farming ventures in Hawke's Bay was the reason given for his bankruptcy by Gary William Andrews, aged 22, a fish hand, in a statement at a meeting of creditors on Friday. Anderson), was adjourned sine die for lack of a quorum. Debts of $790.54, with no assets, were disclosed by Noel Herbert Rogerson, aged 27, a fitter, at a bankruptcy meet'ng on Monday. Pressure from creditors after being unable to maintain payments of accounts and home commitments was the reason for his bankruptcy given by Rogerson, a married man with two children, of 43 Oxley Avenue. The meeting, which was conducted by Mr E. Anderson, was adjourned sine die for lack of a quorum.
