Sockburn. not earlier than the forenoon of Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July. 1970. and will continue as there arranged from time to time until all objections and witnesses have been heard. This variation amends the subdivisional standards prescribed in ordinance 10 of the above scheme to read: “In a rural zone the minimum area shall be 20 acres and the minimum frontage 10 chains.” All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objection shall, as required by section 23 (2) of the act and regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations. 1960. notify both the council and the objector concerned in writing on the form G set out in the first schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations. 1960. not later than 4 p.m on Friday, the seventeenth day of July, 1970. The following schedule gives a summary of the subject matters of objections received by the council.
