The chairman of the General Motors Corporation (Mr James Roche) sees Australia, New Zealand and South Africa as a logical area for a growing interchange of vehides and parts, the “Financial -Review” says today. But Mr Roche, who is on a week's visit to Australia, said that while the G.M.C. manufactured some components for overseas affiliates, this was likely to remain at a very limited extent unless [there were drastic changes in duties and tariff regulations.
