Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday on an appeal by Guy Joseph Raoul Daigneaulty, a hotel licensee (Mr J. G. Leggat),
against a conviction and fine of $6O imposed on him in the Magistrate's Court in March on a charge of theft of a movie camera valued at $146. Mr N. W. Williamson appeared for the Crown. Separation Agreement
In an undefended divorce petition heard in the Supreme Court yesterday Rosemary Gay Stewart, of Auckland (Mr B. S. McLaughlin) was granted a decree nisi against her husband, Roland Harvey Stewart, a solicitor, of Perth, Western Australia (Mr P. C. M. Straubel) by Mr Justice Wilson. The grounds were a separation agreement.
