Vandalism Condemned

AUCKLAND, June 2,

The Citizens’ Association for Racial Equality condemned acts of vandalism such as chopping down goalposts, the association’s secretary (Mr T. Newnham) said today. “If people. oppose the All Black tour they should be prepared to show themselves in daylight,” he said. “C.A.R.E. calls for silent vigils of protest with black armbands outside all Rugby Union offices.”
