Aircraft For Singapore

(N Z Press Association) HAMILTON, May 25. The New- Zealand Govern raent has approved the gift of two Hamilton-built Airtourer aircraft to the Government of Singapore, the Minister of De fence (Mr Thompson) announced in a statement in Hamilton. The aircraft will be usedi by the Singapore Air Force as part of a primary training programme and also by a re-1 serve air force'unit which is being established in Singapore. Two similar Airtourers were handed over to the Royal NewZealand Air Force at Rukuhia today.
