(N Z P A tteuter —Copi/riphl) UMAG (Jugoslavia). The Italian, N. Benvenuti, retained his world middleweight boxing title on Saturday when he knocked out the American, T. Bethea, in the eighth round of a 15-round contest. The Italian scored in the sixth round with a swift flurry of punches, finishing with a sharp right to the jaw, thus [taking revenge on Bethea for the non-title win the American gained over him in Melbourne two months ago.
