Forecast Of Decline Rugby is declining as sport and in another 10 years would be on a par with other sports, according to Mr A. J. Holt, physical director of the Christchurch Y.M.C.A. and a New Zealand gymnastics loach and judge. He said that Rugby club Membership was about the lame as it was 20 years ago, though the population was inereasing.
