THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT. 1953 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF THE CHEVIOT COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME : PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Cheviot County Council made on the 15th day of May, ’ 1967, a District Scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act. 1953. The Scheme relates to the County of Cheviot. Th® scheme has been deposited in the Cheviot Public Library, the Parnassus Public Library, and at the County , Offices, Cheviot, in accordance with Section 22 (1> of the Act and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
