Supporters’ Club For Rugby
Representatives of nine clubs met last evening in an attempt to form a Canterbury Rugby isupporters' club. Prominent Rugby administrators and former players in Messrs M. J. Dixon. D. Young. B. A. Watt. R Duff. P. Rhind. [A. Elsom, A. Felton, A. Ballantine, and N. J. McPhail have so 'far pledged their support. It was decided to call a public meeting in the near future from which a committee would be elected if there was enough interest shown
