Change Of Name
The Christchurch and Suburban Ratepayers’ Asociation is to change its name to Christchurch Metropolitan Ratepayers’ Association to avoid confusion with the Christchurch Citizens’ and Ratepayers’ Association. This was decided at its meeting last evening after the chairman (Mr A. A. Macintosh) and the secretary (Miss R. D. Hay) reported that mail and adverse criticism had been directed by mistake to the association.
