The present season has been by far the most successful for Johnny Gee, which has had six wins and 10 placings from 21 starts and has won $13,890 in stakes. CONSISTENCY Like Johnny Gee, Stylish Major’s racing this season was marked by great consistency. He had 25 starts for six wins and 10 placings worth $12,340, a total which he exceeded as a six-year-old when his wins included the final of the trotters’ section at the InterDominion Championship series at Alexandra Park. However, the winnings this season of both Johnny Gee and Stylish Major have been exceeded by Light View, a i member of the successful 'team prepared by J. Grant and D. G. Jones. One of the most improved trotters seen for a long time, she had 12 starts this season for six wins and five placings, with $14,185.
Johnny Gee is an eight-year-old stallion by the season’s leading sire, Johnny Globe, from Atone. He is raced on lease by his trainer, W R. Butt, from the estate of the late Mr J. H. Parsons.
