Drugs Left In Car

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 26. A Press Association report I about a doctor being convicted in Auckland for leaving drugs unattended in a bag in her car omitted evidence that the car had been left in a garage on private property, away from the road. The report also incorrectly i stated that the defendant, ; Christabel Mary Dickie, was aged 65. Her correct age is 154. Mr G. E. Vial, counsel for Dr Dickie, who was fined $lOO, ■ said that she was usually fastidious in locking away any drugs. The Press Association apologises to Dr Dickie for these inaccuracies and expresses regret for any inconvenience that may have been caused her.
