Richmond. for a three-day period, between April 20. 1970. and May 1/ 1970, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Random samples of commercial vehicles will be asked to stop and have the wheels on one side only checked on portable scales These weights will provide further information needed for pavement design.
